The Benchmade Water Collection is constructed out of premium stainless steel that can clean hundreds of fish without losing its razor-sharp edge. When the edge does need a touch-up, Benchmade offers a lifetime sharpening service to bring the blade back to factory specifications.
To control the blade, Benchmade added a Santoprene handle that is soft, grippy and easy to clean. The Benchmade fillet knife comes in seven- and nine-inch blades with a deep belly and medium flexibility for chopping through bones, separating meat from bone or skinning a fillet.
