Emotion Kayaks debuted their new Stealth Pro Angler at Outdoor Retailer Summer Market.
The 11’8 rotomolded polyethylene plastic kayak comes with an aluminum framed seat has three different positions allowing those fishing to stay comfortable despite being out for hours at a time. The seat can also be folded towards the back of the kayak, making a deck where the paddler can stand up to stretch their legs.
The Stealth Pro Angler has stability aided by a v shape on the hull of the boat that cuts through the water at the front and acts as a pontoon at the end.
It comes with the YakAttack GearTrac which gives kayakers the ability to make the boat their own by choosing appropriate accessories for the kind of paddling they like to do. Other noteable features include a side drain plug for an easier method of removing water, a fish ruler on the boat’s deck and side carrying handles.
An Emotion representative explained that they wanted to create a lower cost fishing kayak that would get paddlers out on the water while staying within budget.
The Stealth Pro Angler comes in a green camofluage and a black and white camoflauge. It is available in spring 2017 and retails at $799.
