From a new line of fishing accessories to feature packed fishing kayaks, there’s always a lot of bling in the Confluence line of kayaks. At Paddlesports Retailer I was drawn to two new boats from Perception that will offer anglers a high-performance blank slate to rig and ride any way.
Swinging back to its roots, the Perception value-minded brand hits the water with a great hull design reminiscent of the always-popular Tarpon line with a channeled hull that offers great tracking and easy turning. On the top side, the low-profile will cut through the wind, while a molded-in seat pan and supportive seat back keep the angler comfortable and low to the water. The latching bow hatch and a couple gear tracks come standard, the rest is up to the angler.
The new Pescador shows off Confluences commitment to quality design at a great price.
