When we stopped by the Native Watercraft booth at ICAST 2015 last year, we went weak in the knees when we saw the first sneak peak of their new Ultimate FX Propel. The Ultimate 12, the brand’s original fishing kayak, was my first foray into the world of kayak fishing and I’ve been a fan every since. When their new Ultimate FX rolled off the line, I knew it was going to be a popular boat and now I see them everywhere. Though the new Ultimate FX Propel hasn’t been officially released, a few anglers have started getting their hands on them and I’m dying to test it out myself.

The new Ultimate FX Propel is the newest pedal drive boat from Native Watercraft.

Long and sleek and sexy, the Ultimate FX Propel looks ready to fish anywhere. Tons of gear storage and rigging options make the boat perfect for every angler looking to customize and the Propel drive, with Native’s forward and reverse capabilities, makes the kayak as capable as ever.

Where would you take this new boat? Who else can’t wait to get one on the water?
