I live in Columbia, MO. I am a tournament bass angler, and I have been competing in bass boat tournaments for over 20 years. Starting in 2021, I decided to make a change and fish kayak tournaments. This is one of the best decisions I ever made. There is something special the connection you feel to the water when fishing in a kayak.

I am a kayak catfishing and bass angler located in the Clarksville, TN area. I primarily fish Kentucky Lake and the surrounding area, but also travel for tournaments. My YouTube channel, The Tennessee Kayak Angler, focuses on solutions to common setup, gear, and process challenges kayak anglers face as well as various fishing adventures and tournaments. I am married with two boys at home and recently retired from the US Army after 20 years. When I am not spending time with them, I am on the water.

UPDATE:
The NuCanoe Unlimited stands apart from other kayaks by NOT being a one trick pony. With the open deck and tracks, it can quickly be swapped out from my catfishing setup to my tournament bass fishing setup.
